Hi, I’m Pete. I help small to medium organisations build out effective enterprise risk functions which make a difference.

My story

I left home at 17 and joined the Australian Army. Here I spent the next 12.5 years in the most pure form of risk management, an environment of survival.

I brought my ingrained risk management thinking from the military to the corporate arena. Focusing on risk management, I was promoted through five positions in 20 months.

I attended Risk Courses costing $1000s and I would have people ask me questions and my thoughts not the lecturer. At the end they said they learnt more from me than the course.

This solidified that my strengths are:

↳ Communicating risk simply and free of jargon
↳ Connecting the dots across the risk landscape

And this is what people needed.
I found my purpose.
I now help others build effective enterprise risk functions for small to medium enterprises.
